For 40 years, the Cedarbrae Community Centre has been home to many different events and activities. From birthday parties to business meeting to sporting events, we have a space suitable for your next event.

Main Gym
Our main gym can host your next sporting event or social activity with ease with a capacity of over 500 people.
The gym is located on the main level of Cedarbrae Community Centre for easy access.
Our gym has lines for badminton, basketball, pickleball and volleyball.
Use of tables and chairs is included with your rental. Six and eight foot tables are available for you to choose from.
The Cedarbrae Community Centre gym also has access to the main level concession for preparing / selling treats and goodies during your event.
Rental rate: $85.00 per hour. Damage deposit due prior to rental: $1000.00.
Special rates apply for long term contracts.
*Please note: all rental contracts require event insurance. Events that include the consumption of alcohol will require a liquor licence issued from the AGLC.
The Parkview Room
The Parkview room is a wonderful space for your next business meeting or training session with a capacity of 40 people.
Located on the main floor of the Cedarbrae Community Centre, the Parkview room features views of an Aspen grove, and its own washrooms.
Access to the main level concession is available for preparing your snacks and refreshments.
Chairs and six foot tables are including in your rental of the Parkview room.
Rental rate: $45.00 per hour. Damage deposit due prior to rental: $400.00.

The Gardenview & Aspenview rooms
Located on the second level of the Cedarbrae Community Centre, the Gardenview and Aspenview rooms are rented together.
Combined the two spaces have a capacity of 120 people.
***Please be advised: The Gardenview and Aspenview rooms are located on the second floor of the Cedarbrae Community Centre and are accessible only by stairs.
Chairs and six foot tables are included with your rental.
Access to a second floor balcony gives your guests a place to get a breath of fresh air during your event.
The Gardenview room features a bar area and views of the Cedarbrae Community Centre grounds.
The Gardenview room has access to a kitchen space to prepare your appetizers, dinners and party snacks.
Audio visual equipment including a 65” smart TV is available to rent when using the Gardenview or Aspenview rooms.
Rental rate: Gardenview and Aspenview room $80.00 per hour. Damage deposit due prior to rental: $1000.00.
