With over 17 years experience, Tracy brings passion and commitment to her classes which are designed to help facilitate a deeper connection with the mind, body, breath and spirit, as well as increase flexibility and develop strength.

Thursday mornings from 9:30 am to 11:00am, and
Thursday evenings from 7.30 pm to 9.00 pm.
